BYU is outhitting Rider .404 to .070 in the match. Grimmer is hitting .417 with six kills, four digs and three blocks. Whitney Bower has five kills on 1.000 hitting to go with 18 assists, six digs and two aces. Eden Bower has four kills and is hitting .500. Livingston leads the match with seven kills, albeit on .176 hitting.

Whitney Bower is an all-star. Always has been. Or at least since the spring 2021 season (she was pretty good in 2019 too, considering that she was 17 and reclassified). |

BYU outhit Rider .405 to .120. Livingston led the team with nine kills on .250 hitting (9-4-20) with two digs, an ace and a block. Llarenas hit .500 on a line of 8-2-12 with three blocks. Grimmer had a great all-around match with seven kills and one error on 14 attacks (.429) while adding five digs, three blocks and three assists. Whitney Bower had six kills and one error on 10 swings (.500), 28 assists, six digs and two aces. Eden Bower had five kills and no errors on nine swings (.556) and one block in her debut. In the back row, Knudsen had seven digs, three assists and two aces, and McComber had eight digs, two aces and one assist. Stowell also had three straight kills in the third set. The passing looked good in general, but we'll see how it holds up against better teams.
