Not surprised Texas State turned it down. UCSB must have turned it down as well.

3 Summit League teams in this year: Omaha, NDSU and SDSU. Denver likely turned it down, as in past years. I don't know much about the matchups for those teams, but I'd bet on at least one of them to make the semi-finals. If SDSU or NDSU makes it into the 3rd round, they will host the rest of the way. JMO

Not one from Big West.
But thank you NIVC for continuously holding this tournament every year. More matches team would look forward to after conference play.

No one from the PAC 12 nor Big West. Very weak field. Maybe money is an issue too. If the schools have to pay their own way, then it’s a waste of money. Flights are not cheap at this time of the year. Imagine flying to Portland, then if win the regional, you gotta fly to Wichita, Kansas. For most schools, the NCAA is the ultimate goal. Playing in a second fiddle tournament doesn’t really excite the players nor the fans. It is kind of a joke of a tournament when you have a 12-18 Santa Clara team and a 13-17 Clemson team. If they could not find anyone better than a 12-18 or 13-17 teams, there must have been tons of “Thanks but No Thanks”.

If total travel expenses exceed that for the entirety of the tournament, the NIVC covers the rest."

What about lodging and meals? Schools pay their own too? $15K could be put to better use than spending on a tournament not many care about.
