Same, a lot of the comments def make it seem like she’s made the decision to go. I noticed she’s following UGA Volley, not sure if it’s been a while or recent, but with Evans graduating i’m sure they’ll need someone to fill the spot. Regardless if she does leave though, she’ll definitely shine wherever! |

God, I hated that hand thing. Whenever they served, they'd look at their hand like "Hey, I know you! Your my hand!" I think it was devised by a Tampa or Orlando area club and was demonstrated to improve serving by making sure players kept their arm cocked and high to drive through the ball. |

If Julia leaves, that's probably good for her. I wouldn't blame her at all.
She could be a real star on a mid-major team.

Have y'all heard anything at Minnesota about what Hugh is doing this year? I'm only a casual observer, but it's been relatively silent from him. Doing this year? Like involvement with the team? I think he probably kept his distance, which seems like the right thing to do. He was at senior night where Phoebe and Kylie were honored—two players he never coached. I thought that was kinda cool. Not sure if he was spotted at any other matches. He's been at 5 or 6 at least, that I have seen him. |

No kidding. We seem to have some toxic fans creeping into the discussion which is unfortunate. To even consider key players transferring, let alone be OK with it, is just disgraceful. What about my post was toxic/disgraceful? If you look at the original post I responded to, it was regarding MNs predictable offense. So please tell me, if Wucherer entered the portal, what would you do? You can’t change their minds. Gotta move forward. Like I’m not understanding how any of that is being a toxic fan??? Not just you, but Hawk Attack's comment was spot on, as many of our so-called fans (here and elsewhere) have been trashing the team and coach all year. |

Keegan took the Gophers much further in his first year at the helm than Hugh did in his.
Hugh’s Gophers didn’t even make the tourney his first season.
(I realize that was also Hugh’s first year as an NCAA head coach and the same isn’t true of Keegan; my reason for pointing it out is so that maybe the haters will recognize that a coaching change is a huge deal.)
Edit: my horrible memory failed me again! It was Hugh’s third season that they didn’t make it.

I’m getting old. Edit: it was 2014 they didn’t make it. Thank you for catching my error.  |
