Good to see last night's games on the mothership ESPN (not ESPN2) and getting a lot of love on sports center including a shout-out in the opening sequence.

Players who lost the final in 2020 still on the roster: Eggleston Heinrich O'Neal Parra Phillips
Players who lost to Louisville in 2019 still on the roster: Eggleston O'Neal Philips
Three key starters who won't let the moment get to them and who won't forget Louisville can come up and bite you.
I'm feeling 2012 vibes. Texas 3-1.

I don’t think I’ve ever been this uninterested in a Final match. And we are so happy to disappoint you😉

What a full circle moment for UL.
If UL serves like they did against Pitt, UL wins the ACC's first natty. They have the blocking and back row defense to match up with Texas.

Pitt’s serve receive is A LOT weaker than Texas. And Louisville is going to be facing the best serving team they have all year. Lazaro is not a magician out of system the way Blossom was, Louisville’s attack isn’t nearly as balanced as USD. Louisville’s left pins - while outstanding in 6 rotations - are both undersized going against a block that has been dominating in the tournament. If Louisville plays the way they did Thursday night against a Texas team that played the way they did Thursday night, Texas is going to win. Louisville’s 10 aces against the Panthers will be a distant memory. That said, if Louisville can go on some service runs with Debeer, Scott, and to a lesser extent, Jones, that will go a long ways for them. I’d agree with that.

The volleyball gods really really smiled down on us when they made sure no 6-2’s made it to the championship. Literally, no matter how many teams are running them. There will never be a 6-2 championship team rip

Will the Nebraska stans show up for their alleged future coach?
Why are there so many empty seats? 🤔

If UL serves and plays like they did against Pitt, Texas 3-1 or possibly a sweep. The Cards went ice cold far too many times during that match to inspire a ton of confidence imo

Interesting to note that both teams starting setter is a transfer from the Pac-12. Saige from Utah and Raquel from USC
