Did Averill not make the cut? He's the first name listed for MBs. Go to post 2.

I will not say Smith and Jendryk are locked. Smith needs to stay healthy and maintain current status and if that is true, he is definitely locked. I believe Averil is progressing this season. His blocking is better than Jendryk. In fact, I don’t see quite a large difference between Averil and Jendryk, maybe Speraw has his own thoughts.

And where does Gasman stand in the depth chart?

And where does Gasman stand in the depth chart? Speraw seems to prefer Mitchem more based on last year’s decisions. Although I do not think either of them will make Paris.

I wonder if Max Holt has a chance. So much talent in middle right now. Saaaame. Anderson can't afford to be a slouch either. Once Gabi Garcia is allowed to compete, its a whole other horse race at that position. I don't think the other opposites are beating Anderson, at least not yet, if ever.

Did Anderson play Pro anywhere this season?
I'm trash and don't follow the men's pro scene like I should.

I think he had a brief stint in Korea just out of college and was supposed to play in China but I'm not sure if that ever materialized.

I really want to see Ma'a and Jaeschke light it up this summer. Limited duty if needed so that everyone stays healthy.
This is probably the most stacked the team has been since the 2018 edition of the VNL.
But do we have plenty of depth?
Who suits up for week 1 of the VNL I wonder?

I think playing in Russia was a last minute solution? I might be remembering wrong. The last international report from Lambert says Anderson moved back to OH toward the end of the season. He played OPP (good for USA?) most of the season because Poletaev was injured: volleyballmag.com/usa-mens-volleyball-international-report-041223/
