Don’t get me wrong cause the 2022 season may have gone a LAWT differently if this happened but imagine if DeBeer took a medical redshirt in 2022 and then got a 6th year and gave us a DeBeer/Petersen OH duo in 2025… Eh, I think Louisville would rather be the first ACC team in the national championship match in 22. That was a highlight for the program even if it means no sixth year for DeBeer in 25. Losing both Luper and DeBeer after next season is going to be tough, but I actually think Bankston is really solid and would be a nice complement to Petersen in 2025. There’s also Ava Utterback, who we really haven’t had a chance to watch yet. And of course there’s always the transfer portal. utterback looks much better as a highshcooler than bankston did but we'll see how it plays out. my prediction is utterback and petersen start in 2025 |

haha I am, I know you've publicly disliked them for a while lol but I just didnt know if there's a specific reason or something its not bc of 2019 is it? It’s actually the adidas jacket from last year that was the final straw. Jk, the 2019 match will always be a scar for me. Not gonna lie. And I respect DBK to the highest degree, have said a few times I think she’ll be the first woman to win it all, and I’m actually rooting for that against everyone but a select few (Texas, Pitt, Hambly). Also, I know this is rich coming from a Texas fan, but her court side antics are so extra. I love watching Louisville and rooting against them 99% or the time 🤷🏾♂️ DBK if you need a part time stylist, get at me sis! |

in pks 5th year announcement post (posted on the louisville vb instagram today) she said something about how "since we're playing in the yum center now".... are they fully moving there for games? I know they do a couple big ones there now but the way she said it made it seem like that will be home court for them in 2024

I know they do a couple big ones there now but the way she said it made it seem like that will be home court for them in 2024 My understanding is that they are not fully going to be at the KFC Yum! Center, unless plans have changed more recently. My understanding for the coming season is that there will be five matches downtown, which would leave...10?...at LNFCU. |

I will revisit this statement after spring season but, based on what I’ve seen so far, I’m predicting Cabello eventually wins the starting setter spot. She has the physicality, tempo, and speed that would serve the Louisville offense well. Glock is a great leader and role model, and she ran an impressive offense. Peterson is apparently playing for her HS basketball team...and doing well, it seems. |
