Also prayers up for CC. Get healthy big fella. What injury/illness are we praying that she recovers from? The ankle turn during the match? She had already gotten stepped on the ankle during the USC match when a player crossed under (end of set 2, maybe?) so it's been compunding. |

That’s following standard concussion protocol to avoid loud noises. I was shocked she was sitting on the bench after she got hurt in warm ups last match. Thought they would have left her in the locker room with a trainer. She was wearing dark glasses and earplugs, so they were at least trying minimize stimuli. Concussions, in addition to being very worrisome because it's your brain, have to be just boring as heck. Supposed to have limited or no screens and reading (and loud/bright stimuli). I imagine this is torture for younger folks who grew up in an era where boredom has been eliminated. Plus, awful for keeping up with school. |

Open the link in a private tab/ incognito tab in your browser. That should work. For iPhones, the default browser is Safari. Who was it that got a concussion a year or two ago and was missing from the sideline for a match? One of the setters maybe? MJ was missing from the bench when she was out. |

The only thing I could do was watch TV shows I had already seen (so no thinking required), listen to books I've already listened to (again minimal cognition), and sleep. For 3 weeks. |
