I just started watching this but Kerris says early on they are training against the "The German's, the Gold Medalists". I'm wondering if that mean's Ludwig's shoulder is doing well after her surgery and they'll be back at the next FIVB. Granted, that's not for another month.

The contract was attached to the complaint. I read it. Kerri gave the AVP the right to use her likeness a few other things etc. but didnt require much else except that Kerri use good faith efforts to promote the AVP. Nothing in there about playing events It would seem to me that publicly boycotting an AVP tournament is not making "good faith efforts to promote the AVP". I am guessing that is why the AVP is refusing to pay her. They (the AVP) feels that Kerri has breached the contract. Kerri's compaint says that the missed payments were due January 1 and July 1, 2016, both before her Chicago boycott. It seems hard to believe that the AVP would offer her a $450K contract with no event participation requirements. According to bvbinfo, Kerri skipped 10 of 14 events the last two years, including 6 when she wasn't playing FIVB events the same weekend. Someone should go back through the archives and figure out what her excuses were. I guess the devil is in the contract details, but that doesn't exactly sound like good faith efforts. Either way, the dispute feels much bigger than Chicago and rules changes.

Anne Marie Anderson and Holly McPeak are doing a facebook live Q+A with Kerri tomorrow. Could be interesting. Strangely enough, it's also the answer to the question "name three people who annoy me no end." Sorry, that's all I got. Carry on.

Then pair her with Anne Marie....

Does Holly pay the NCAA for her " I'm the best elite beach coach in the world ad" those ladies drop for her every week?
I like the live feed and it's great they are promoting the sport but the self promotion and link to Lenord and Kerri with the oh how were just growing the game together in peace and harmony and if we all work together , cumbaya speech, was another free public service ad for their agenda.
They should not be allowed by the NCAA for such self promotion under the guise of a college show, imho.
