Besides Taylor Higgins and Nikki Tayler for 2013 recruits is there anyone else Dave Shoji recruited? Not including Emilie Wilmes who already committed to Long Beach State ;( and also not including Amy Hunter. But who else. I already know about them. Oh yea and not including Keani Passi who is transferring for CSI. But anyone else? TELL ME IF YOU KNOW  |

Well, if you live close to the campus, he usually has a big board with recruits' names and stuff. Or you can ask one of the girls and report back.

Unfortunately I do not live close to campus and do not even live in Hawaii! But am a HUGE FAN OF HAWAII VOLLEYBALL  If you live close to campus, you should go look, or ask one of the girls or even dave shoji himself haha. and report back to me and everyone else on here. |

I just can't wait for next season because HAWAII IS GONNA BE SUPER GOOD! LIKE FOR REALS THEY GOT A REALLY SOLID TEAM. All of them return except for one senior, Emily Maeda. (and maybe some others that are Redshirts Juniors) But really I believe hawaii will get really far into the NCAA Tournament next season!!! Thats why I wanna know who we got (2013 recruits) |

I'd like to see Vorster develop a slide. I saw her hit one for the first time last night and she looked good. I'm excited to see her develop. She has a ton of potential.
I hope Hawaii considers running a 3-middle offense next year similar to Michigan's.
I haven't seen Taylor play but I've seen Higgins and she's the real deal. She's really going to push Uiato for that starting spot.
Haggins is a big question mark. She definitely has potential but she seems very...unpleasant.

I can already see a problem with Nikki Taylor and Taylor Higgins. We'll all get confused, especially Jim Leahy. When anyone refers to Taylor, we won't know whether the reference is to Nikki Taylor or Taylor Higgins.

Agreed. Taylor Higgins is the real deal. She will definitely contribute if not next year but also in the future for hawaii. she may redshirt next year who knows. Don't know much about Nikki Tayler but she sounds pretty good! 6'4 and ranked #29 on prep volleyball senior aces list! Taylor Higgins is ranked #19 |
