I love the alpha females. I don't need my female athletes to be Anna Kournikovas. My favorite athlete is Serena Williams. My dislike for Larissa is very similar for my dislike for Hope Solo. I respect the hell out of them as athletes, fricking hate them as people. For the record, I don't like the men that bark at their partners either. I get most of the world has the double standard, but I am not one of them. Many people find Usain Bolt to be very charming and charismatic. I find him to be a self centered cocky douchebag. I can't even imagine the criticism that would ensue if a female athlete had those antics. wow you really dislike a lot of people... |

Hope Solo isn't exactly a likable individual. LOL. She has a domestic abuse charge on her NEPHEW and has said some heinous things, including in Rio. I've already explained

Congrats to Germany, they clearly had the best team this year and deserved to win it all. Ludwig is so incredible in everything she does and Walkenhorst is a monster at the net

Really happy for her, really good person. Years ago, I took her and her old partner to the House of Blues in Hollywood to see one of my favorite bands. I should have considered beforehand that two young German girls wouldn't necessarily love old school SoCal punk (Social Distortion). But she couldn't have been more gracious and charming to hang out with. And what a player she has become. Delighted. |
