IOC does not want to get into the business of banning countries for political reasons, but for financial reasons it would be a TOTAL DISASTER for them if most of Europe and North America boycott the Olympics. Hard to see which way they will jump on this one.
If they hadn't already had the fiasco of banning Russia but allowing the Russian athletes to compete (which then showed how much of a sham the ban was), they might have been able to propose that this time. But I doubt that the countries calling for a ban of Russia and Belarus would accept allowing their athletes to compete under the aegis of their respective Olympic committees. We already have seen how useless that is as a symbolic gesture.
Ideally the Olympics should never have been about athletes competing under their national flags, but we are about 130 years too late to catch that train.

Brazil-Poland-Japan, I’m fine with it! and with dominicana's luck, they're gonna get Japan I don’t think there’s a huge difference between the three tbh, besides style of play. I could see certain matchup preferences, but it’s not like one of them is Belgium or even worse, Korea. I also wouldn’t mind another crack at Brazil, just for fun.

Both Kenya and Cameroon are outside of the top 25 in the rankings. They'll earn their spot by whoever finishes higher over the next two summers. (so playing IOQT is probably to the benefit of them, so they wont lost points over the other)
