My hunch is they will look to bring in a female head coach. I'm going to go with Brittany Dildine. Rumor has it she went after the NC State job a couple of years ago but then turned them down. UNC is a better job and the success the ACC has been having with Louisville and Pitt in the Final Four makes the ACC more attractive than it used to be. If they don't bring in a female coach, I personally like to see Ryan Theis coach at UNC. Regardless, the coach will be inheriting a lot of talent.

I have heard from more than one person that Dildine applied for the Michigan job. That announcement (this week?) shoud tell you if she's available.
