Strength of Schedule (according to figstats) of 323. Once you start conference play, you really don't have much control over that. But that must have been a super soft pre-conference schedule to have SoS that poor. I don't see how they could possibly earn an at large bid if they don't win the AQ for their conference. Zero matches on their schedule with an opponent even sniffing the top 100. They could go 30-1 on the season and not make the post-season. Would that be some sort of obscure record? I'm so sorry your lousy team isn't undefeated. Your jealousy and bitterness are understandable, but you shouldn't let your team's failures cause you to be so petty. haters, all of them

Got. How can you been undefeated and have a RPI in the ninties. That is about the worst SOS i have ever seen. I mean I know its WHY they are undefeated but holy cow. I know Hawaii has never been undefeated after 23 matches, but your sick, twisted need to diminish The Citadel's accomplishments might be best addressed in sessions with a qualified therapist. Did your parents not love you?

Would that be some sort of obscure record? if they go undefeated, but lose in the conference tournament, I say let them have a "play-in" game against the worst P5 team on the right side of the at-large bubble (or if there is a team that is one match shy of a .500 record and has the resume to get in if they got that one extra win). but hopefully they just win their conference tournament and this isn't an issue

Did your parents not love you? I am with you, not wahinefan, per The Citadel 2023, great for them and I hope they run the table until they play in the NCAA Tournament, but Hawai'i was 30-0 in 2004 before losing to Wisconsin 19-17 in the fifth in the Green Bay regional in the round of 16. I never thought, as a transplant and Packer hater, anything would make it worth it to drive to Green Bay in December, but that was it! Then, the great Ogonna went off on the Badgers en route to Stanford winning the title. I hated how the Madison regional in 2016 ended, but after Wisconsin rallied from the dead to beat Ohio State in the regional final, I asked Dunning, sitting in the end zone prior to Stanford's match against FSU, if he was okay with a regional in Wisconsin, given how it went the last time for them. He chuckled and said, yeah.

Being undefeated is still amazing for them and kudos to them for that

Back in the old days my D1 team went 41-1 (yes, we played 42 matches regular season + Conf tourney..😂), but back then no AQ and only 32 teams, so we stayed home. However, our loss was preseason, so not the same…

I'll wait. at some point, we can infer mathematically that they are in the Top 100. For example if a 200 ranked team has a 70% to beat a team 300 rank team, but a team has exceeded that 70% win rate vs. teams in the 200 range but their record against them is much better than they are much better than 200. I'm totally making these numbers up. But I'd give them Top 100 now and I don't think it's a crazy stretch.

We are ignoring the overarching context, that they haven't played a single top 100 opponent, and we have HappyPapi over here ripping people left and right. It's delusional and math can't explain that away.

I think beating Wofford was what got them in the top 100. When they faced each other, Wofford was in the top 100 in RPI (around the 70s-80s). Granted Wofford been struggling ever since losing 5 out of their last 6 and dropping out of the top 100 RPI, but that win did it.
