I watched their broadcast against Mercer and the commentator literally suggested that Citadel would "for sure" get an at-large if they didn't win the conf tournament.

They have already beaten all four teams who remain on their schedule and three of the final four matches are home matches.

The Citadel defeated ETSU ( 25-22, 23-25, 25-22, 25-14) to win the outright Southern Conference regular season championship and the #1 seed for the SoCon Tourney.
Ali Ruffin and Belle Hogan were named SoCon Offensive Player of the Month and Setter of the Month, for the second consecutive month.
The Citadel signed three for the 2024 incoming class. They are:
Karlie Vogelheim. 6'1" MB from Brighton, Michigan. Greta Pleuss. 5'9" Setter from Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Megan Stone. 5'8" DS/L from Virginia Beach, Virginia.

The Citadel closes out its regular season at 26-2 with a five-set win over visiting Furman.
Four players celebrated Senior Night: Maddy Cardenas of Redondo Beach, CA, Brooke Shively of Orchard Park, NY, Gina DeLancey of Arlington, VA and Kathleen Bula of Memphis, TN.
In other news, the Citadel signs an additional player for the 2024 incoming class, Rachel Reininger a 5'10" OH from Fayetteville, Georgia.
The SoCon Tournament begins on Friday, Nov. 17.
