Former Wisconsin All-American Amy Lee ‘s daughter. However not what I would deem an impact transfer. Maybe just for depth, or maybe her back row is strong? They really need Anderson and a couple of middles. Curious if an international players might surface… She's like another Drew Wright or Rylen Reid, why does NW need another one? Exactly. Anderson now following various staff from MSU so likely a done deal she’ll be a Spartan this season. |

This is what happens when you wait almost three months to hire Nollan. This season is going to be quite poor. Does anyone know how long Tim’s contract is? Unfortunately, my fear of this taking 4+ years to turn around is looking to be an accurate assessment thus far.

This is what happens when you let an incompetent coach stick around for 3 extra seasons too long, and an incompetent AD who doesn't understand what it takes to build a winning program. I also an unsure about Nolan's assistants and their recruiting prowess. Such a wasted opportunity, once again. |

As much as I would love to have her in Evanston, I see no possible way where she wants to come be at the bottom of the big 10 for the next 3 years.

Agreed, it’s a tough sell for a player who just wants to hop on a winning train, but positioned the right way it could work (not happening for her, obviously). I am concerned that Nollan is looking at a season without a terminating pin and only 2 middles on the roster, one a true freshman (who I think could be a beast if trained on the right). There were a number of middles in the portal, so not sure how the couldn’t pick up ANY just for basic depth. Further, Nollan and his staff need to improve their social strategy. The Northwestern volleyball channels are so boring vs other sports. Hate to call his tenure DOA but so far not seeing any glimmers of hope. Some of this out of his control, but yikes. |

Looks like it, and based on what she wrote doesn’t sound like a happy exit. Not super newsworthy but Nollan is losing people left and right. |
